Each year, shareholder depots within the Pallet-Track network work towards achieving Platinum Service status—one of the highest standards of operational excellence within the network. The bar is set exceptionally high, and depots must consistently demonstrate outstanding performance, reliability, and service throughout the year to earn the prestigious recognition.

In January 2026, the annual Shareholder Gala Ball was held at The Belfry Hotel & Resort, bringing together depots from across the network to celebrate the year’s achievements. The evening was proudly presented by Stuart Godman and hosted by comedian and television personality Jack Dee. The event was a fantastic evening of recognition, awards, networking, and celebration for everyone involved in the network.

As the awards announcements approached, the team from Trailer Freight International waited eagerly in anticipation. After a year of hard work, dedication, and commitment to maintaining the highest service standards, the moment finally arrived.

The announcement was made: Depot 172 – Trailer Freight International – Platinum Service 2025.

The team proudly took to the stage to receive the award, marking a fantastic achievement and recognition of the consistent effort, teamwork, and professionalism shown throughout the year. Achieving Platinum Service status is a testament to the commitment of the entire Trailer Freight team and their continued dedication to delivering outstanding service across the Pallet-Track network.

But the celebrations didn’t stop there. Later in the evening, Trailer Freight was surprised to be called back to the stage for a second award—receiving Highly Commended and Runner-Up for Best Growth 2025. The recognition highlighted the company’s impressive development and continued expansion within the network.It was a hugely successful evening for Trailer Freight International and a proud moment for the entire team.
